We gladly accept debit and credit cards through Paypal. Don't have a Paypal account? No worries! You do not have to have a Paypal account to use your debit or credit card. During checkout, select the "Continue with Paypal" button. Next, select the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"button. Then, fill out your card information, name, and billing address. Next, click on the "Pay Now" button. You are all set! American Express, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover all accepted through Paypal. To prevent fraud, please be sure the billing name, address, and zip code match the issuing bank information or the card may be declined.

In stock orders ship within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or Fedex Ground. In stock items should be received within 2-7 business days after shipping. If it has been more than 7 business days and you have not received your item(s) please Contact Us and we will help with locating your package. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. We will not be responsible for any sort of duty or import fees for international packages.

Please double check the mailing address when placing your order. We will not be responsible for reshipping packages that have been returned to us by the post office for any reason. We will be more than happy to resend packages that have been returned as long as shipping is paid by the customer. You may also request a refund instead, minus shipping charges.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) a return label will be provided by Cloud Cloth Diapers.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
